A server cabinet is a closed cabinet used to carry IT equipment such as servers, storage, and networks, or to introduce lines for cable connection. Generally composed of a frame, front and rear doors and side panels, a server cabinet is mainly used to provide appropriate environment and protection for electronic equipment to operate normally.

The cabinet adopts high-quality cold-rolled steel plates produced by Baosteel or imported coiled plates. All the materials, fasteners, and sealing parts used are in compliance with Chinese national standards, communications standards and relevant IEC standards in their mechanical, chemical and electrical properties.

The technical standards of the cabinet are in accordance with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491: PART1, DIN41494: PART7, GB/T3047.2-92 standards, and conform to the 19″ international standards, metric standards, ETSI standards, as well as other standards and technical specifications developed by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision. All the indicators, including but not limited to the above, are in line with relevant national standards.

It meets the MIL-STD810E vibration test standards, the IEC529 IP test, and the VDE0100 T540 grounding standard.

The cabinet column is made of rolled nine-fold profiles, and the frame is made by applying the special three-way welding process that delivers high overall strength.

The product is green and environmentally friendly. Its material and surface spraying satisfy the national standards for non-toxic and harmless spraying.
